The kitchen includes a charming eat-in area with a cathedral ceiling and skylight. Off the kitchen is an enclosed private courtyard, with outdoor dining area and gas grill.

The second floor has a spacious multi-purpose room which is fully equipped to serve as a comfortable living room or office. There is a queen size futon, so that the room can also be used as a bedroom.

The bathroom includes a spacious ceramic-tiled shower. A loft overlooking the kitchen area is a pleasant reading space, and includes a futon which can serve as a double bed.

The master bedroom on the third floor has a queen size bed, plus a wall of bookcases, with a varied selection of reading material.
